Can students attend Melbourne Build Expo?

We’re always excited to support and inspire the next generation of construction professionals, and this will be a fantastic opportunity for them to gain exposure to the industry.

Eligible student attendees include:

  • University and high school students
  • TAFE and vocational education students
  • Apprentices and trainees in fire safety and related trades
  • Part-time or online learners enrolled in relevant programs (e.g. architecture, engineering, construction)
  • Recent graduates (within the past 6-12 months)
  • Students from international institutions or exchange programs

As the event is a B2B trade expo, we do have a few important guidelines in place:

  • Student access is permitted only on Thursday, 23 October, between 12 pm - 5 pm
  • A 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio is required for supervision throughout the visit
  • All students must be registered individually, and each email address can only be used to register one ticket

Please be aware that Melbourne Build Expo has been targeted by groups trying to take advantage of the event’s size and success.

This is a scam and you should ignore them. Melbourne Build Expo operates under strict data privacy laws, and we do not share our visitors or any other internal data with unauthorised third parties.

Melbourne Build Expo and its official suppliers NEVER sell their visitor lists or exhibitor info. Organisations offering attendee lists or other services that are not in the approved list are 100% NOT affiliated with the exhibition in any way.
